How to Change
19,00 €
You have tried to change again and again, and you have failed. This course will help you understand why and give you a clear, easy, and practical system for making lasting changes to your behaviour.
How to Change is a five-day course for understanding why unwanted behaviour continues and what you can do differently when the pattern begins.
Instead of relying on motivation or willpower, you will work with the conditions that shape behaviour and build a practical approach you can use in daily life.
What this course is for
How to Change is for you if you know something needs to change, but have struggled to make the change last.
- You keep returning to behaviour you want to stop or improve.
- You make progress when motivated, then fall back when life becomes difficult.
- You want a clear process instead of vague advice or motivational ideas.
- You want to understand what keeps the behaviour going and how to respond differently.
What you will build
- A clearer understanding of the behaviour you want to change.
- A practical response for the moment the old pattern begins.
- Better conditions for repeating the new behaviour.
- A plan for dealing with obstacles and setbacks.
- Evidence that you can respond differently.
How it works
The course contains five days completed in sequence. Each day gives you practical guidance and an exercise that builds on the work you completed before it.
Each day includes three practice levels:
- Micro: the shortest complete version for limited time or energy.
- Standard: the recommended version for most learners.
- Deep Dive: a more detailed version for greater depth.
You choose one level each day. You do not need to complete all three.
What is included
- Five structured course days.
- Micro, Standard, and Deep Dive practice options.
- Clear instructions, examples, and practical exercises.
- Optional AI assistance.
- Progress tracking throughout the course.
What completion means
Completing How to Change does not mean that established behaviour will disappear immediately. It means you have moved beyond intention and begun using a practical change process.
- You understand the behaviour more clearly.
- You know what to do when the old pattern begins.
- You have made practical changes that support the new response.
- You know how to continue after a difficult day or setback.
The aim is not instant perfection. It is to give you a process you can understand, repeat, and continue using.
