Most people try to fix their whole life while their body, energy, attention, and daily rhythm are still unstable. That usually fails. This Path starts lower and more honestly. You do not need perfect conditions. You choose the level that fits your real capacity, complete the section, and mark it complete. The system tracks your progress and shows your completion state.
